WE DO NOT SERVE PEKING DUCK!
We serve Cantonese roast duck. Cantonese roast duck is a dish from the southern region of China, while Peking duck originates from the north, specifically Beijing.
Peking duck is typically served with just the skin and a little meat, wrapped in a thin crêpe with sliced scallions, and it’s flavor heavily relies on the bean paste served with it. It showcases the technique of crispy skin and knife skills.
In contrast, Cantonese roast duck can be enjoyed on its own, offering a satisfying balance of crispy skin and juicy meat. While most Cantonese roast ducks are chopped bone-in, we take the extra step to debone our ducks while keeping the skin attached to the tender meat. This makes it easier for our guests to enjoy the duck in fluffy Baos without worrying about bones.
Therefore, if you see a review on us from someone that says something along the lines of, “this Peking duck is totally wrong”... It’s maybe because we don’t serve Peking duck!

WE DUCKING HATE MSG!

Our masterfully-made menu items, including our house-made sauces, do NOT have a single molecule of the sleep-inducing flavor enhancing chemical, Monosodium glutamate (MSG). While some may argue that there is no evidence that MSG is harmful to consume and that it’s FDA approved, many people still find themselves uncomfortable after they eat food with MSG in it.
This means you can happily indulge in your food without worrying about the nauseous feeling you might get afterwards, and knowing that our food is made with all natural herbs and spices!
POSSIBLE ALLERGENS!
Our dishes may contain, PEANUTS, SOY, WHEAT, SESAME, and SHELLFISH. Please alert our staff of any allergies or sensitivities so we can better suggest what to order!
